Odeon Greenwich has been given a two‑star food hygiene rating after council inspectors uncovered a series of safety concerns.
Environmental health officers found mouse droppings, damaged flooring, and cleaning chemicals incorrectly diluted during their visit earlier this year.
Hot food was also being kept below the safe temperature, with hot dogs recorded at just 53 degrees, instead of the required 63.

The cinema chain says it has strengthened procedures and introduced additional measures to improve standards, and is now awaiting a follow‑up inspection from Greenwich Council.
A two‑star rating means improvement is necessary, and inspectors have warned that further action is possible if issues aren’t resolved.
