A man has died after falling from a height in Woolwich at the weekend.
Met Police said they were called at around 1.15pm on Sunday 28th April, to reports a man had fallen from a height near to the Sainsbury's store in Woolwich town centre.
Police and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service attended Calderwood Street, near to the Sainsbury's store in the town centre. The Metropolitan Police say the man, who is believed to have been in his 50s, died at the scene.
The London Air Ambulance was also dispatched to the scene, landing in Maribor Park near to the Royal Arsenal.
