A signalling failure between Paddington and Abbey Wood has caused disruption for travellers throughout Tuesday.
Hundreds of commuters have had their journeys disrupted throughout Tuesday owing to a signal failure, which brought the Elizabeth Line to a halt between paddington and Abbey Wood.
There were scenes of crowds building at local train stations as people trying to get to work had to change their journey plans.
The disruption has now been extended until the end of the day as TfL is working to repair the fault between Paddington and Abbey Wood.
There are no trains between Paddington and Abbey Wood and severe delays between Paddington and Heathrow Terminals and Reading. The rest of the line has minor delays.
