Thames Water have updated residents of a Plumstead Road following a huge sinkhole which opened up earlier this week.
Residents on Rockmount Road woke up to find a large part of the road had sunk.
A Thames Water spokesman said: “We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by a leak on a four-inch diameter pipe.
“Our team has now completed the repair and is working to fix the road to re-open it as soon as possible.”
