Pickwick Papers do bespoke house dressing. From carpets to curtains, Pickwick can take care of it and have been doing so for over 40 years.
Julia’s parents started the business over 40 years ago and over the years, she has built a portfolio of impressive clients and is currently working on a huge penthouse in City Road.
Julia relies on word-of-mouth to advertise her business. Julia describes having your first set of curtains made as like a man having a suit fitted for the first time!
She says the recent refit of Greenwich market has complemented the shop and brought in new customers. Julia’s shop is one of a number of independent retailers that makes Greenwich unique.
Just before Bob left Pickwick Papers, he was aloud a go on the famous bell, that you can hear in the commercial!
