Good food came to the Maritime Radio studios this lunchtime!
Noel was in our kitchen to cook us some Papan, made from potato flour and inspired by the war in Peru in the eighteenth century.
There was an abundance of potato flour available during the period, which was then used to feed the famished Peruvians.
The Papan is rich in protein and organic as well as being gluten free. Noel is a chef and adds his own French touch to the delicacy.
Find Noel on Facebook, or contact him by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
