The manager of New Eltham’s Co-Op has been awarded a top industry prize. Deborah Jeyachandran was named Store Manager of the Year at the Retail Week awards on Thursday, with judges praising her “inspiring leadership skills, her commitment to team care and development, and her credentials as a champion for women in retail”.
Deborah received her award from the broadcaster Clare Balding at a ceremony in Kensington.
