More people across south east London and north west Kent are tuning in to Maritime Radio!
The radio station checks listening figures on a regular basis and has found that around 50,000 people tune in every week to hear local news, travel and events.
Maritime Radio, which celebrated 4 years on the air in April, was set-up following research which found there was a need for a local radio service for the Greenwich area,
The radio station is now in the process of developing plans to begin broadcasting in digital in 2024, with an expanded service set to go on the air in the first half of the new year and offer even more choice for listeners.
