Gary’s Heart of Gold this week is Laura Burke, who is a mental health awareness advisor for Mind in Bexlyheath.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and Mind are open for help and advice weekdays between 6pm and 10pm and also run a number of sessions at their base in Devonshire Road.
