A murder investigation has been launched after a man was beaten to death inside Belmarsh Prison. The 36-year-old inmate, who has not been named, was found with severe injuries on Tuesday evening and despite being taken to hospital died the next day.
Two other inmates have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
