A local charity has been named as one of three projects to win the 2022 London Homelessness Awards.
Greenwich Winter Night Shelter, which provides support throughout the year to people experiencing homelessness in the borough, will share cash prizes totalling £60,000 with two other London-based projects.
The Shelter, which was founded in 2014 by a group of local churches, tweeted that it is “over the moon” to win the award.
