A knife-man has been arrested for possession of an offensive weapon after he reportedly tried to enter the Dial Arch pub in Woolwich on Tuesday night.
A police spokesman confirmed that officers arrived at Number 1 Street before being directed to Draper Street.
A knife was found nearby and the man was subsequently taken to an East London police station.
Nobody was injured and police are continuing their investigation.
