Over the years David has given himself to his profession and toyed with many different styles of cuisines as he is a classically trained chef. With his father from the Islands of Fiji and his mother from St.Lucia in the Caribbean he is now bringing you his St. Lucian Fusion Menu.

My new menu is a fusion of dishes and ingredients from St. Lucia, France & England with my own twist!
I have a brand spanking new menu that I have created and I can’t wait to serve it to you and for this event I will be back at Shrewsbury House Community Centre, Bushmoor Crescent, London SE18 3EG.
This event is ticketed and the price per ticket is £52.50 each for three courses plus a complimentary glass of Fizz!
