Two children escaped a house fire in a block of flats in Thamesmead on Saturday.
A fire broke out on the fourth floor of a 12 storey block in Wolvercote Road in the early hours of Saturday.
A 42 year old man suffered leg burns and was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich.
Another person, also in their 40s, and two children left the house before emergency services arrived, suffering from smoke inhalation.
