Firefighters were called to reports of a blaze at a derelict pub in Charlton on Sunday night.
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to the pub on Woolwich Road, near to the Thames Barrier, which has stood abandoned and derelict for a number of years.
Part of the ground floor was damaged by the fire, however, there were no reported injuries.
Fire crews from East Greenwich and Plumstead fire stations attended the scene.
