Local young musicians could get funding, mentoring and rehearsal space from industry professionals as applications open for this year’s Ed Renshaw Music Award. The award, run by Peter Conway Management and The Albany in Deptford, was set up in memory of young guitarist Ed Renshaw, who died in 2011.
Any musician or group aged 16-25 of any genre living in South East London can apply – there are more details on the Albany’s website.
