Get your weekend off to a running start. Greenwich Peninsula is hosting a weekly parkrun every Saturday.

Starting from Tide Square, the 5km route winds along the river and around The O2 – the perfect mix of fresh air, open views and community spirit.

parkrun is open to everyone – whether you’re a seasoned runner, a jog-with-friends type, or just keen to enjoy the riverside.

You only need to register once whether you’re walking, jogging, running, volunteering or doing a mix of all four. Details and registration are available at
