Based on a short story, which inspired the 1962 John Ford movie masterpiece starring John Wayne and James Stewart, this unique stage adaptation is a gripping and thrilling story of love, loyalty, pride and sacrifice set against the back drop of a lawless society. Suspense, action, tragedy are coupled with strong moral dilemmas and the uplifting power of the human spirt which remain the vital ingredients of memorable story telling.
