This afternoon, Bob’s guest was Anthony Jones, the Community Engagement Officer with Better Greenwich.
Anthony told us about his work looking after Greenwich leisure centres, encouraging people to get active and looking after health and well being in the borough.
Anthony and his colleagues offer free sessions for people with chronic health conditions.
