Eltham teenager jailed after fatal stabbing

A teenager from Eltham has been jailed for 13 years for the manslaughter of a talented young footballer.

Mohamed Kolokoh who was 17 at the time of the attack, and another boy, aged 15, who has not been named, stabbed Francois Kablan (pictured above) to death near Elephant and Castle in May last year after an altercation. DCI Kate Kieran said that it was clear “that their intention was to cause at least serious harm to Francois, proving them to be dangerous offenders who have no place on our streets.”

Francois, who played for Harlow Town Reserves was described as a “wonderful person whose smile and energy lit up the pitch”.
