A derelict pub in Charlton could be turned into flats and a Domino’s Pizza.
The Victoria Pub has been derelict since 2007, and was damaged by fire just a few months ago.
Now planning permission is being sought for the erection of a four-storey extension to the north of the existing building which will provide four residential flats, as well as a Domino’s Pizza once all consents are in place.
The former pub is located at the junction of Eastmoor Street and Woolwich Road.
The building and site are not statutory listed, however, it is locally listed and is also located within the Thames Barrier and Bowater Road Conservation Area.
