A drive-through Coronavirus testing facility has opened in North Greenwich. The centre, which will test NHS staff for the covid-19 virus is in the car park near to the O2 Arena but is not yet fully operational.
Nearby, just North of the river, the ExCel convention centre has been turned into a temporary hospital with capacity for four thousand Coronavirus patients.
