London City Airport (LCY) was closed to all traffic on Sunday evening at around 11pm, while a world War Two bomb found at George V dock is removed. Specialist officers and the Royal Navy have attended to remove the ordnance.
There is now an exclusion zone to ensure it can be safely dealt with.
Some roads surrounding the airport are closed to traffic. The Metropolitan Police confirmed they are dealing with an incident near to the airport.

There are expected to be delays to flights from the airport during Monday.
