The London Ambulance Service and Police were called to Walmer Terrace 4:20pm this afternoon. The road is currently closed as police deal with the incident.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital. His condition has been assessed as non life-threatening.
Currently no one has been arrested while enquiries continue.
