Ahead of the state funeral on Monday, September 19, all eyes are on Woolwich-quartered King’s Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, a ceremonial unit of the British Army.
The unit provides the gun carriage and team of black horses for state funerals.
Some sharp-eyed Greenwich residents have offered comment on social media about passing by Woolwich on the 161 bus and seeing the soldiers hard in training.
