Police had closed the A2 entirely in Eltham in both directions due to an incident earlier today. Well Hall Road was also closed.
Traffic was being diverted and is very heavy in Greenwich, Eltham and beyond. It appears the road has reopened as an individual on a bridge has been talked down. Traffic delays remain with queues from Kidbrooke back to Hall Place in Sidcup.
